Expert engineering by Retro Designs and the company’s use of top-quality parts transform this popular rig into one that can enjoyably tackle anything in its path.C10 Motor Swap

“The C10 is one of the most famous pickup trucks ever made, so to have the opportunity to improve and restore this model with the best in modern technology was such a great experience,” comments Retro Designs General Manager Daniel Valjevac. “While staying true to the vintage design of the truck on the outside, we made powerful upgrades to almost every system tucked underneath, including an LS1 engine that can produce up to 325 horsepower. The end result is a one-of-a-kind classic pickup truck that immediately makes a statement out on the open road and also has the power and drivability to seamlessly handle today’s driving conditions.”

Following a full resto-modification process and over eight months of build time, Retro Designs’ new 1984 C10 is the perfect balance of classic old school style paired with the latest in modern technology. Underneath the C10’s fierce black powder coat exterior, the powerful LS1 engine is mated to a 4L65E transmission under the hood. An American Autowire wiring harness and Wilwood brakes further enhance the truck’s driving performance capabilities and ensures driver safety.
