The Avanti is one of those cars that are instantly recognizable. Warren Godlew has one slick looking Avanti.
He added this about his sleek black cruiser…
“This is an upgraded continuation of the original & classic 1963 Studebaker Avanti design. The drivetrain is comprised of a GM 305 cid High-Output 5.0L V8 (Camaro Z-28 190-hp version engine) mated to GM 700R4 four-speed automatic overdrive. It has a composite body construction like the Corvette. You are looking at one of only 240 produced in South Bend, Indiana during 1984. It has black leather interior, full instrumentation, Recaro seats, power windows, door locks, trunk release, front disc brakes, AM/FM/cassette stereo with power antenna and 15×6 American Racing Torq Thrust wheels w/ 3-bar Avanti logo spinners.”
