Another shooter is on the loose in Fresno, a man was shot while doing mechanic work on a car early Tuesday morning.
Police say they were called to the Alpine Apartments on Ashlan near Fresno Street just after 2:00 am Tuesday morning.
They say they found a 20-year-old man shot several times in the upper chest.
They tried C-P-R and rushed him to the hospital, but he did not survive.
Police believe the man was in the parking lot, working on a car when someone walked up and shot him.
Investigators think the shooter ran through the apartment complex and got away in a car.
They are trying to track down surveillance footage and witnesses to figure out who the shooter is.
